The business operates on a truly global scale, and the technology team is distributed across hubs in North America, EMEA, and Asia. The business partners closely with the technology function to deliver industry - differentiated data and software in response to a rapidly evolving geopolitical environment. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, along with 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years managing large-scale engineering organizations of 100+ engineers - Demonstrated success in leading distributed technology teams across multiple geographies, building high-performing engineering cultures, and delivering complex, enterprise-grade software platforms - Proven experience managing an Application Development division, with responsibility for overseeing development processes, coordinating engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of software projects. - Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership, overseeing P&L responsibilities, and translating complex technical concepts into clear business value - Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones and within internationally distributed teams Responsibilities: - Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy, building scalable, secure, and AI-enabled platforms that directly support revenue growth and client satisfaction across global markets - Lead and inspire a distributed organization of 300+ engineers across Poland, North America, and India, promoting engineering excellence through modern cloud architectures, automation, and data-driven delivery practices - Partner strategically with Product, Commercial, and executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps that deliver measurable commercial outcomes as an industry innovation leader - Drive organizational transformation through platform engineering, continuous delivery, and AI-augmented workflows that accelerate developer productivity and reduce time-to-market for key business initiatives - Establish and manage strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and key technology vendors, negotiating enterprise-level agreements and co-innovation opportunities that create competitive advantages - Develop the next generation of engineering leaders across the global organization through structured coaching, succession planning, and capability building in cloud-native technologies, data platforms, and secure development practices What we offer: - Contract of employment - Bonuses depending on the company's performance - Stock options plan - Hybrid model of work (2x a week from the office in Gdańsk)
