Check out the job description and don't hesitate to get in touch with us. 😉 - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (mainly IT roles: software, .NET, cloud) - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies - Source and engage candidates via multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, direct search, networking) - Conduct initial screenings and interviews - Coordinate the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, ensuring timely feedback, and smooth communication - Manage ATS systems and provide recruitment data insights - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process - Support employer branding initiatives - 4 years of experience in IT recruitment - Experience working in an international or global environment - Fluent English (C1) – used daily in communication - Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously - Experience recruiting IT profiles (especially .NET, cloud) - Knowledge of the EMEA market - Salary: 9,000 – 11,000 PLN gross/month (employment contract) - 5% annual bonus - Stable employment - Hybrid working model (3 days in the office) - International work environment - Real impact on recruitment processes and candidate experience - Close collaboration with an experienced HR team and external experts (e.g., support in hiring foreign candidates)
